Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TattooForm platform (“Service”) operated by TattooForm (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TattooForm is a B2B SaaS platform that enables tattoo artists and studios to create client intake forms, collect booking inquiries, and manage submissions. We provide the technical infrastructure; you are responsible for how you use it and for your relationship with your clients.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• ·You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• ·You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• ·One person or entity may not operate multiple free accounts.
• ·You must provide accurate information during registration.
• ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ·Collect data from minors without verifiable parental consent.
• ·Send unsolicited communications (spam) to clients.
• ·Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
• ·Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform.
• ·Impersonate another artist or studio.
• ·Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• ·Free plan features are provided at no cost and may be changed at any time.
• ·Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• ·Prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• ·Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time via the billing portal.
• ·No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• ·We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for any personal data you collect from your clients via TattooForm forms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for honouring your clients' GDPR rights upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (portfolio images, form configurations, bio text, etc.). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We retain all rights to the TattooForm software, design, and branding.

7. Availability & Modifications

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TattooForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
